Loving and devoted father to Jamiel(Elizabeth), Mari, and Christopher(Lynn), and adoring grandfather to Beatrix, Isabel, Oliver, and Theodore. Hisham was always quick to offer advice or help, placing his family above all else.
A practicing nephrologist for 45 years before transitioning into hospital administration until retirement, Hisham was loved and respected by all who had the pleasure of working alongside him.
Blessed with a quick wit and a warm heart, Hisham will be truly missed by those who love him dearly. He is now at peace alongside his beloved daughter, Antionette, whom he loved deeply
