Visitation will begin Tuesday, December 9, 2025 at 6pm at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky and will continue all day Wednesday, December 10, 2025
Funeral Services will be held Thursday, December 11, 2025 at 12 noon at the funeral home with Phillip Keathley & Dan Fraley officiating
Burial will follow at Keathley Family Cemetery, Galveston, Kentucky
