Honora Fox Obituary
She was married for 49 years to the love of her life, Murray Fox, before his death in March 2003. We take comfort in knowing they are together again. Honora was deeply loved. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend. She was kind, caring, and a blessing to so many. Her greatest happiness in life was her time with her family. Birthdays, holidays, vacations, and family gatherings spent together will be cherished memories we carry forever in our hearts.
Honey is survived by her four children, Carla (Daniel) Oscarson, Scott (Kimberly) Fox, Marshall (Leisa) Fox, and Joyce Fox. She is also survived by her nine grandchildren, the joys of her life- Timothy (Meaghan) Fox, Benjamin (Leanna) Fox, Peter Fox, Sarah Fox, Hannah Fox, Jessica (Tyler) Schwarz, Holly Fox, Kelly (Alex) Olmer, Kayla (Blake) Zimmerman and her four adored great grandchildren- Ellory Schwarz, Liliana Olmer, Logan and Chase Zimmerman.
Honora's family would like to express their appreciation to the doctors and nurses at Middlesex Hospital for the excellent care provided during her final days.
A funeral service celebrating Honora's life will be held on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at 11:00 am in the First Church of Christ, 250 Main Street, Wethersfield. Burial will follow in Village Cemetery, 1 Marsh Street, Wethersfield. The Farley-Sullivan Funeral Home, Wethersfield, has care of the arrangements. There will be no calling hours. Attendees are asked to go directly to church. Honey had a strong faith. She was a 79-year member of the First Church in Wethersfield.
