Horace Hugh Andrews, II, 73, of 1650 Belcher Road, Inman, South Carolina, passed away Thursday, January 16, 2025. 

Born in Spartanburg, South Carolina on February 4, 1951, he was a son of the late Geraldine (Jones) Andrews and Horace Hugh Andrews, Sr. He attended Riverview Baptist Church in Spartanburg, South Carolina.

Hugh is survived by his wife, Pamela Swindle Andrews, of 47 years along with three children, Horace Hugh Andrews III (Drew) and his wife Cindy Andrews, Holly Andrews Coors and her husband Erich Coors and Dusty Andrews and his wife Brittny Andrews and six grandchildren, Braxton Andrews, Austin Andrews, Sara Grace Andrews Smith, Ethan Coors, Evelyn Coors and Nathan Andrews and one sister, Candy Andrews Johnson.

In addition to his parents, he was also predeceased by two sisters, Robin Andrews Davis and Gerry Dean Mathison.  

Hugh grew up in Inman SC and was the retired owner of Drew’s Distributing and Andrews Amusement companies of Spartanburg SC. He was well known for his adventurous spirit and his willingness to help anyone.

The family will receive friends at Seawright Funeral Home on Friday, January 24, 2025, from 1:00 - 1:45PM.  

A memorial service will follow at 2:00 PM in the Seawright Funeral Chapel in Inman, South Carolina with Rev. Hub Blankenship officiating. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Samaritan's Purse, 401 Elkin Highway North, Wilkesboro, North Carolina 28659.
