Loving and devoted husband of Charlotte Clobes (nee Koch). Beloved father of Bryan Clobes and his wife Aliza. Loving step-father of Tammy Baker (nee Giffey) and her husband Tracy, and Cherie Richards (nee Griffey) and her husband Andrew. Cherished grandfather of Kevin Clobes, Matthew Clobes, Carly Clobes, Brett Baker, Jarett Baker, Amanda Richards, and Ryan Richards. Dear great grandfather of Tatum and Wesley Baker. Brother of Gerhardt, Werner, Ada, and Helga. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Horst was born in Germany and moved to the United States when he was 16 years old. He was an active member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Runnemede. Horst enjoyed traveling the world.
There will be a viewing from 10am until 11am on Wednesday, March 12, 2025 at Trinity Luther Church, 200 E. Clements Bridge Rd, Runnemede. Funeral service 11am at the church. Interment at Hillcrest Memorial Park, 550 Delsea Drive, Sewell.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Horst's memory to St. Jude's Children Research Hospital: 501 St. Jude’s Place, Memphis, TN 38105 www.stjude.org
