Howard Blogna Obituary

He was a member of Divine Mercy Parish/St. Mary's Campus, the Massillon K of C Council #554, 3rd Degree and the Italian/American Club. He enjoyed coaching baseball, golfing, and bowling and was an avid Massillon Tigers fan. He will be dearly missed.
Howard is survived by his wife of 63 years, Frances A. (Fowles) Blogna; sons, Mark (Connie) Blogna and Matthew (Jackie) Blogna; daughters, Annette (Pat) Vance and Jennifer (Richard) Crenshaw; sister, Kathleen Minocchi; eight grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandson Alex, two brothers, James and S. Ronald Blogna, sisters-in-law, Mary Dobransky and MaryLou Fowles, and brothers-in-law, Frank Minocchi and Steve Dobransky.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 6, 2025 from 12 to 1 P.M. At Heitger Funeral Home – JACKSON CHAPEL.
Memorial service will follow at 1 P.M. At the funeral home with Fr. Edward Gretchko officiating. His final place of rest will be St. Joseph Cemetery in Massillon.
The family would like to thank Amherst Meadows Skilled Nursing and Davita Dialysis of Massillon for their care of Howard as well as the team at Aultman Hospice for their compassionate care and support.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
