Howard L. Draise, age 73, of Commercial Point, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at the Canal Winchester Care Center. He was born on October 6, 1952, in Circleville, Ohio to the late Betty J. Draise. Howard attended Westfall High School. He worked for a number of years at Yenkin Majestic and Columbus Industries. In more recent years, Howard worked for the Conner’s on their farm in Ashville, Ohio.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Carla S. (Ramsay) Draise; mother, Betty J. Draise; siblings, Steven, Terry and Linda Draise and a grandson, Remmington.
He is survived by children, Nathan Draise and Autumn (Austin) Stiles; grandchildren, Gunner and Ruger Stiles; brothers, Jeff Draise and Gerald (Sandy) Newland; as well as special friends, Tom Conner Sr., Tom Conner Jr., and Ted Melvin.
The family will receive friends on Friday, November 7, 2025, from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. at Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home, 420 W. Main St. Ashville, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, donations may be to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses. Condolences can be made online at olivercheekfuneralhome.com.
