Howard "Koty" Slaughter Jr. "Big Slaughter" 46, transitioned to forever be in the arms of the Lord on Wednesday August 6,2025, where there is no more pain or sickness, only laughter and great health.

Services for will be Saturday August 16, 2025, at St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church 411 Broadway China Texas. Visitation will begin at 9am until the funeral at 11am.

Koty was born on October 16,1978 in China TX. Koty was a loving son, brother, uncle and father.

Koty was preceded in death by his mother: Virgie Lee Guillory Slaughter, grandmothers, Evelyn Thibodeaux-Guillory, LeAnna Slaughter, grandfathers, Lecester Guillory, Hosea Slaughter, Siblings: Lisa Tezeno, Daryl Bias.

Koty is survived by his dad: Howard Slaughter Sr., His sisters who he shared a motherly bond with Rolanda Blue, Tiffany Slaughter-Taylor (Rudy) His uncle: Curtis Guillory, His daughter: Jazmyne Slaughter and his nieces and nephews: Brittany, Markeisha, Madisen, Kha'Lynn, Khalib, Kyenne and a host of many friends and family.
