Hugo Saenz

It is with deep sorrow and much love that we announce the passing of Hugo Saenz, who departed this life on June 19, 2025, at Midland Memorial Hospital in Midland, Texas, at the age of 51.
Hugo was born on January 18, 1974, in El Paso, Texas, to Domingo Saenz Fierro and Ofelia Alva Saenz. A proud son of West Texas, he carried his heritage with strength, humility, and a deep love for family. Hugo's father, Domingo, preceded him in death, but Hugo continued to carry his legacy with dignity and pride.
On January 3, 2017, Hugo married the love of his life, Brenda Zazueta Tovar. Their bond was the foundation of many cherished memories and the center of their family life.
Hugo is survived by his loving and close-knit family, including his mother, Ofelia Saenz; his brother, Domingo Saenz Jr.; his sisters, Selena Saenz and Maritza Mauricio; his sister-in-law, Vanessa Saenz; and his brothers-in-law, Ruben Mauricio and Jaime Martinez.
Hugo was a proud uncle and a beloved presence in the lives of his many nieces and nephews, including: Christian Saenz, Maximiliano Mauricio, Ralph Jr. Mauricio, Phoenix Mauricio, Cecily Mauricio, Reign Mauricio, Niya Martinez, Saraya Martinez, Adriel Martinez, Jinel Duran, Joel Duran, Evelyn Lopez, Isaiah Jr. Lopez, Joshua Jr. Lopez, and Joclyn Mancha.
He also leaves behind his cherished pets, BMO and Marcilene, who brought joy and companionship into his home.
Those who knew Hugo will remember him for his quiet strength, generous spirit, and the deep care he showed toward those around him. Whether sharing laughter at a family gathering, offering a helping hand, or simply being present, Hugo's love made a lasting impact on all who had the privilege of knowing him.
A viewing will be held on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The funeral service will take place on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, at 10:00 AM.

Con profundo dolor y mucho amor, anunciamos el fallecimiento de Hugo Saenz, quien partió de esta vida el 19 de junio de 2025, en el Hospital Midland Memorial en Midland, Texas, a la edad de 51 años.
Hugo nació el 18 de enero de 1974 en El Paso, Texas, hijo de Domingo Saenz Fierro y Ofelia Alva Saenz. Orgulloso hijo del oeste de Texas, Hugo llevó su herencia con fortaleza, humildad y un profundo amor por su familia. Su padre, Domingo, lo precedió en la muerte, pero Hugo continuó honrando su legado con dignidad y orgullo.
El 3 de enero de 2017, Hugo se casó con el amor de su vida, Brenda Zazueta Tovar. Su unión fue el fundamento de muchos recuerdos preciados y el centro de su vida familiar.
A Hugo le sobrevive una familia amorosa y muy unida, incluyendo a su madre, Ofelia Saenz; su hermano, Domingo Saenz Jr.; sus hermanas, Selena Saenz y Maritza Mauricio; su cuñada, Vanessa Saenz; y sus cuñados, Ruben Mauricio y Jaime Martinez.

También deja atrás a sus queridas mascotas, BMO y Marcilene, quienes llenaron su hogar de alegría y compañía.
Quienes conocieron a Hugo lo recordarán por su fortaleza silenciosa, su espíritu generoso y el profundo cariño que mostraba hacia los que lo rodeaban. Ya sea compartiendo risas en una reunión familiar, brindando una mano amiga o simplemente estando presente, el amor de Hugo dejó una huella duradera en todos los que tuvieron el privilegio de conocerlo.
Se llevará a cabo un velorio el martes 24 de junio de 2025, de 4:00 p.m. a 8:00 p.m.
El servicio funerario se realizará el miércoles 25 de junio de 2025, a las 10:00 a.m.
