Hui Huang Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Snowden Funeral Home - Rockville from Dec. 12 to Dec. 13, 2025.
Hui (Tina), born 1955, in China, passed away on December 10, 2025, in Rockville, Maryland, at the age of 70.

In 1994, she courageously emigrated to the United States, embarking on a new life despite the challenge of not yet knowing English. Through remarkable determination and an unwavering work ethic, she overcame every obstacle placed before her. She began her journey working in a restaurant and, through persistence and resilience, ultimately became the owner of her own establishment-a true reflection of her strength and spirit.

She is lovingly remembered by her devoted husband, Xi Zhan Li, and their children: son Jia Ming Li and daughter-in-law Heidi Yoon; daughter Shanshan Li and son-in-law Jon Lee; and daughter Ting Li. Her cherished granddaughters, Kaitlyn Lee and Charlotte Santini, will forever hold her memory in their hearts.

Hui (Tina) is also survived by her brothers: Jian Qiang Huang and his wife, RuiYi Xie; Jian Hua Huang and his wife, Changying Zhang; and Jian Rong Huang and his wife, Biying Zhu; as well as her sister, MiaoJuan Huang. She will also be remembered with love by her nephews, Weiwen Huang and Wanliang Huang, and her nieces, Shufen Huang, Shuzhen Huang, Yueming Huang, Yuexia Huang, and Yueyi Huang.

Her life was defined by perseverance, grace, and an unwavering dedication to her family. She touched the lives of all who knew her and will be deeply missed. "
