Humberto V. Salazar

October 29, 1956 – September 11, 2025

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Humberto V. Salazar, who left this world on September 11, 2025, at the age of 68. Born on October 29, 1956, in Mexico, Humberto was a force of nature-bold, strong-willed, and full of life.

A hardworking man through and through, Humberto built a life grounded in love, dedication, and grit. He was known for his vibrant spirit, his unwavering determination, and a passion for visiting casinos, where he enjoyed the thrill and excitement of the game.

Humberto is survived by his beloved wife of 50 years, Luz Elena Salazar, who stood by his side through every season of life. Together they raised a beautiful family: daughter Armida Salazar, son Humberto Salazar Jr., son Ervey Salazar, and daughter Diana Carrasco; as well as his mother Consuelo Salazar.

He was a proud grandfather to 13 grandchildren and cherished being a great-grandfather to many great-grandchildren, each of whom brought joy to his life and carry forward his legacy.

Humberto will be deeply missed by all who knew him, but his memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends-strong and enduring, just like the man he was.

May he rest in peace.

Arrangements are entrusted to Acres West Funeral Chapel and condolences may be sent online to the family at acreswestfuneral.com.

Humberto V. Salazar
