Hunter Allar Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Ritchay Funeral Home - Wisconsin Rapids on Oct. 3, 2025.
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Hunter Allar, who died on September 25, 2025, at the age of 25.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00am on Friday, October 10, 2025, at Ritchay Funeral Home in Wisconsin Rapids, WI. Visitation will be held from 10:00am until the time of service. Burial will be held at Forest Hill Cemetery, and a Celebration of Life will follow at Critter's in Wisconsin Rapids.
Hunter was born on January 13, 2000.
He was a beloved father, son, brother, uncle, partner, and friend. He is remembered for his kind heart, generous spirit, and unwavering dedication to those he loved. His greatest joy in life was being a father to his two young sons, Remington and Dexter, who were the center of his world.
Hunter worked hard to support his family, employed at McCain's and often picking up extra shifts to ensure his loved ones were cared for. Outside of work, he was an avid outdoorsman who found peace in nature-whether fishing, hunting, or spending time on the water. He also enjoyed walks with his dog Riley, cooking on his smoker, gaming with close friends, and being with family.
Those who knew Hunter will remember his huge heart, quiet strength, and willingness to lend a hand whenever it was needed. He had a special way of making people feel seen, heard, and loved.
He will be deeply missed and forever loved.
Hunter is survived by his children, Remington and Dexter; partner, Lizzy Nystrom; siblings, Blake Whitston (Natalia Hargrove Whitston), Falcen (Dan) Gunn, and Jacob Schindler; nieces and nephews, Gage, Liam, Emmet, Helaina, Emerald, Greyson, Treyton, Scarlett, and Beau; sister-in -law, Cindy Voight; fur baby, Riley; mom, Wendy Allar; and the Allar family.
He is preceded in death by his dad, Joe Hoffman; and father-in-law, Joshua Voight.
