Hunter Casper Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home - North Vernon on Sep. 25, 2024.
Hunter Dane Casper, born October 8, 1996, in Madison, Indiana, passed away tragically on September 2, 2024, at the age of 27. He was hit by a car, leaving a deep sadness among those who knew him.
Hunter was a joyful and energetic person. As a child, he loved movies like "The Wizard of Oz" and "The Aristocats," and enjoyed collecting Pokémon cards and Spider-Man action figures. He had a great time watching Pokémon and Digimon movies and loved being outdoors, whether camping, biking, or tubing. His laugh was infectious, and he had a big heart. Hunter was also known for his competitive spirit during family game nights and his affection for his black lab, Atlas. He enjoyed playing video games and sometimes showed a bit of sass. He enjoyed skating, football, and ziplining. His favorite color was red, he loved Halloween, and he had a special place in his heart for his family and friends. Above all, he loved animals.
At the time of his death, Hunter was living in Cabot, Arkansas. He had graduated from high school and worked at the local McDonald's.
A private graveside service will held in Dupont, with close family members present. Hunter's Celebrated of Life with family and friends will be held on Saturday, September 28, 2024. It will be located at 278 E. Main St, Hanover, IN 47243 from 11am-3pm.
Hunter Dane Casper will be deeply missed, and his memory will always hold a special place in our hearts.
