Huynh Vu Pho

Huynh Vu Pho, of Destin, Florida, passed away peacefully on March 5, 2026.

Huynh was born on October 15, 1960, in Ha Tien, Vietnam. He later built his life in Florida, where he was known for his kindness, dedication, and strong work ethic.

For more than 40 years, Huynh worked as a chef, sharing his passion for cooking with countless people and bringing joy through the meals he prepared. Outside of the kitchen, he loved spending time fishing-especially bass fishing-which brought him peace and happiness. He also loved gardening and took pride in caring for his plants and watching them grow.

Huynh cherished spending time with his grandsons and creating special memories with his family.

He is survived by his loving wife, Nho T. Chau; his children, Vi Pho and her fiancé, Hakim Reaves, and Michael Pho; his grandsons, Titus Reaves and Zyden Reaves; his mother, Ong T. Di; his brothers, Junior Pho and his wife, Loan Pho, and Quoc Pho and his wife, An Ngo; his sister, Trinh Pho; and countless nieces and nephews.

He will be deeply missed by all who knew him and remembered for his kindness, hard work, and the deep love he had for his family.
