Mrs. Iantha Sue Nutter Roberts, age 69, a resident of Belington departed this life early Wednesday morning August 28, 2024 in the Davis Medical Center at Elkins. Death was sudden and unexpected.
She was born August 6, 1955 at Cumberland, Maryland, a daughter of the late Freeman D. "Red" and Mildred Poling Nutter. In 2007 she was united in marriage to Eddie Dean Roberts, who survives at their home in Belington.
Left to cherish her memory are two nephews, one niece, and two cousins; Renee Poe and Lennie Poling and a special friend; Julie Feather all of Belington.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters; Sandy Liby and Linda Nutter.
Iantha attended the schools of Randolph County and was a homemaker. She was a member of the Belington Presbyterian Church. She was a former member of the Goldwing Road Riders Association and loved to be on the open road riding their motorcycles. She had a big heart and loved to take of people. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Friends will be received at the Talbott Funeral Home 56 N. Brandenburg Street in Belington on Saturday August 31, 2024 from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm the funeral hour when final rites will be conducted from the funeral home chapel with the Pastor Rich Cardot and Rev. Danny Franke officiating. Per Iantha's request, cremation will follow. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Belington Presbyterian Church P.O. Box 5 Belington, WV 26250. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.talbottfuneralhome.com. The Talbott Funeral Home in Belington is in charge of the arrangements for Mrs. Iantha Sue Nutter Roberts.
