Ida was a former member of the Henry County Homemakers Association and was appreciated by her family and friends for her cooking. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Russell H. “Butsie” Beverly; her son, Russell H. Beverly, Jr.; one sister, Clara Downey; and three brothers, Leonard C. Dale, jr., Clayton Dale, and Franklin William Dale.

Her survivors include her son, Frank James “Jimmy” Beverly of Bethlehem; her Grand-daughter, Jessica Beverly (Carl Reynolds) of Lexington; her grandson, Russell Beverly of Bethlehem; and several nieces and nephews.
