Ignacio N. Aure Jr.

Ignacio N. Aure, Jr., age 82, of Edison, NJ on Saturday September 20, 2025 passed away peacefully at the second home he shared with his wife in Bensalem, PA. Born in El Cavite-Manila, Philippines, Ignacio migrated into the USA in 1973; living in East Orange , NJ before purchasing a home in Edison, NJ in 1979. He was a longtime resident until moving to Lower Bucks County in April of this year. He was employed as a Mechanical Engineer by Bell Atlantic and Verizon in various locations throughout New Jersey for over 30 years. Ignacio enjoyed bowling, gardening, cooking, and working in his garage. He had a strong Catholic faith and really enjoyed music, teaching himself, by ear, to play the piano. Son of the late Ignacio Sr. and Antonia Laforteza-Navasero, he is survived by his loving wife of 52 years Lolita V Belino-Aure, his children Kathleen Aure-Permadi, Kevin P. Aure, Karen DePalma; by his grandchildren: Aren, Alyssa, Ava, Jordan, Alex, Aaliyah, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his siblings Anna Marie & Alice. He is survived by brothers Danilo and Manny & sister's Concepcion and Leonor. Family and friends are invited to attend his Life Celebration on Monday October 13, 2025 from 12pm to 2pm at the John F. Givnish Funeral Home 10975 Academy Rd. Philadelphia, PA 19154, where his memorial service will begin at 2Pm. Interment will be private followed by late lunch/early dinner TBD.

We would like everyone to dress in black pants/skirt and a top that shows "pride". Anything you're proud of albeit sports, collegiate wear or country.
