Ilona T. Terwilliger, 64, of Glenerie Boulevard died Friday September 19, 2025 at Danbury Hospital in Connecticut. She was born July 8, 1961 in Glendale, New York a daughter of the late Louis and Barbara Walter.
Prior to her illness and disability, Ilona (Rusty) worked at Hannaford in the deli department. She enjoyed arts and crafts, spending time outdoors and with her grandchildren. She loved camping and hanging out with friends. She also enjoyed flea markets and yard sales and in her earlier years motorcycle rides with her husband Floyd.
Surviving is her husband Floyd Terwilliger, daughters Heidi Lane and her husband Josh, Ilona Terwilliger, granddaughters Rheya Lane and Serenity Terwilliger. Siblings William "Billy" Walter (Lori), John Walter (Maria) , Anna Zilla (Herb) , Charles Walter as well as many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her sister Barbara Walter and brothers Sunny Walter, Robert Walter, Joseph Walter, Edward Walter.
