Imogene "Jean" (Knott) Hamilton, 67, of Flora, passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 8, 2024, at Ascension St. Vincent Heart Hospital in Carmel. Imogene was born on October 23, 1957, in Lafayette to the late Charles and Bessie (Griffin) Knott.

Jean was a homemaker and helped raise her children and grandchildren. Jean had a loving heart and never met a stranger. She cherished all animals and never met a stray, she had a small farm of cats she couldn't turn away. She loved to cook meals for her family and spend as much time as she could with them. She enjoyed tending to her garden, and bossing her boys around. She was a member of the Delphi Church of Christ.
Jean is survived by her loving husband; Greg Hamilton, children; David Budd, Sarah (Tim) Nelson, grandchildren; Christopher Parker, Austin Parker, TJ Nelson, AJ Nelson, Evie Burge, Britany White, Elizabeth Field, and several nieces and nephews.
Preceding Jean in death include her siblings; Charlotte Jewett, and Bobby Knott.
