Kenny Allen Plunk, 61, of Lafayette, passed away peacefully at Rosewalk Village of Lafayette, on Monday, January 19, 2026. Kenny was born on December 1, 1964 in Gary, Indiana, to Brenda (Whitwell) and Alfred “Peanut” Jeffers, who survive.
Kenny enjoyed watching sports, and especially rooting for the Minnesota Vikings. He loved his two pet cats, and most of all Kenny enjoyed spending time with his friends and his family.
Kenny is survived by his parents; Brenda and Alfred Jeffers, brothers; Glenn Plunk, Sean Nabors, and Jeff Plunk, nieces; Jazlynn Plunk, Samantha Plunk, Magdalena Nabors, and nephews; Dezmond Nabors, Sebastian Nabors.
Kenny was preceded in death by his biological father; Robert Plunk, and grandparents; Arlene Whitwell, JB Whitwell, Arthur Plunk, Eva Plunk.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, January 24, 2026, from 3-5 pm, located at Shirey Funeral Home, 121 N Union St, Delphi.
Memorial Contributions honoring the life of Kenny may be made to Shirey Funeral Home to help cover funeral expenses.
