Imogene Sarasua, 83, of Pryor, passed away on Friday, July 18, 2025, in Colcord, Oklahoma. She was born on July 24, 1941, in Tulsa to Philip and Geraldine (Ellis) Blackburn. A devoted homemaker throughout her life, Imogene found her greatest joy in caring for others. She was married to the love of her life, Joe Sarasua, for 53 years. Together, they raised their family with strong values, open hearts, and a home always full of love. Imogene was a mom not only to her own children but to many others along the way. She had a zest for life and enjoyed traveling, reading, and attending musicals. She especially loved watching John Wayne and classic westerns. Bingo nights and trips to Branson were among her favorite pastimes.

She is survived by her son, Gilbert Mora of Broken Arrow, OK; daughter, Tonda Grayson and husband Kevin of Leach, OK; brother, Richard Blackburn of Shawnee, OK; grandchildren, Mathina, Nicole, David, Dallas, Damara, Monica, Toni, Dana, Cami, and Dalton; great-grandchildren, Kailea, Ethan, Abbey, Braiden, Mallory, William, Sam, and Magnolia; and one great-great-grandchild, Jameson. She was preceded in death by her parents, Philip and Geraldine Blackburn; her beloved husband, Joe Sarasua; and her brother, James Blackburn.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, July 29, 2025, at Fort Gibson National Cemetery in Fort Gibson, with Pastor Richard Blackburn officiating.
