Inez was born in Fort Collins, Colorado to parents Sebastian and Maria Galindo; she was one of nine brothers and sisters.

They eventually moved to California, where she worked in the fields in her younger years.

She met and married Antonio Romero and together they had two sons, Tony and Ernie.

They were married for 71 years, just one month shy of 72. She went on to work for Oberti Olive Co. where she retired after 30 years.

She spent the remainder of her time enjoining her life and spending time with her two granddaughters.

Inez is survived by her son Ernie, his wife Teri and granddaughters Monica, Laurie and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her eldest son, Tony and husband Antonio as well as all of her siblings.
