Ingrid Kropelnicki

Ingrid Liese Kropelnicki, 84 passed away on March 12, 2025 in Bradenton Florida, surrounded by her loved ones. Born in Zweibrucken Germany. Ingrid came to the United States in the early 60's and brought with her incredible recipes she learned from her Grandmother's kitchen. One of Ingrid's greatest joys was to share her homemade desserts with family and friends. She was passionate about animals, and while residing in Texas she would often volunteer her time at the local shelter. Ingrid had an extraordinary gift for nurturing deep, lasting relationships with those around her. Ingrid's love for nurturing was evident with her beautiful plants and flowers she tended to faithfully. Ingrid is predeceased by her husband Marvin Kropelinicki and granddaughter Dana McCulley. Ingrid is survived by her partner Charles Amrhein and daughter Connie McCulley, niece Tanja Anderje and great niece and nephew Lisa and Adrian. A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 am Friday June 6th, 2025 at Kyle Methodist Church at 408 W. Lockhart St. followed by a "Celebration of Friendship" in Ingrid's honor at Texican Cafe at 1:00pm 11940 Manchaca Rd. in Austin. Attendees are encouraged to bring photos representing their friendship with Ingrid. In lieu of flowers the family suggests making a donation to the local animal shelter.
