Ingrit Overy Obituary
Born in Kiel, Germany, she was the daughter of the late Hans Hubert and Elice Johanna (Becker) Steinborn. Ingrit attended University Frauenktinik in Germany for Floral Arrangement.
Ingrit was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend. She will be remembered as a friend, a great cook, and a bartender at the Newport Sportsmen's Club. She had a great passion for camping, and visited Maine annually.
Ingrit is survived by her son; Gorden H. Overy and his wife Francene Ozbun, of Middletown, and her three grandchildren; Krystel Overy, Branden Garner, and Ingrit Overy. She additionally leaves her best friend, Terri Rousseau.
Ingrit is preceded in death by her daughter, Karin Garner, and her husband, Conrad E. Overy.
Services for Ingrit will be private.
