Ione was born on July 10, 1941 and passed away on Thursday, May 5, 2011. Ione was a resident of Cypress, Texas at the time of her passing. She was married to Lawrence Jr. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 14, 2011 at 11 a.m. in Mount Vernon Memorial Gardens. Rev. Marvin Haught will be officiating. The Dowds-Snyder Funeral Home of Mount Vernon is honored to serve the family of Ione Steinbrink Hiser. Memorial contributions in Ione�s name may be made to American Fox Terrier Rescue, Kathy Lauer, AFTR Treasurer, 8738 Prestwick Parkway, Brooklyn Park, MN 55443.
