Mrs.Carmona was born on July 3, 1956 in Donna, TX. to Mr. Paulino & Porifiria Armijo
She is preceded in death by her father, Paulino Armijo & one brother, Paulino Armijo, Jr.
Irene A. Carmona is survived by two sons, Carlos Carmona, Jose Adrian Carmona (Perla); 2 daughters, Emily Hurtado, Patricia Hurtado (Silvestre Sustaita) & her mother, Porifiria Armijo; four brothers, Armando Armijo, Pedro Armijo, Juan Manuel Armijo, Miguel Armijo; six sisters, Olga Ortiz, Marina Castro, Diana Gonzalez, Refugia Montoya, Pilar Gutierrez & Josefina Armijo. Also surviving are 4 grandchildren, Ruben Rafael Sustaita, Alexa Sustaita, Carlos Carmona, Jr. & Annelie Sustaita.
Visitation is scheduled for Monday, March 18, 2024 from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a 7:00 p.m. prayer service at Salinas Funeral Home of Weslaco - Chapel of Grace. Funeral service is scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 20, 2024 at Salinas Funeral Home Weslaco - Chapel of Grace. Interment will follow at Val Verde Memorial Gardens in Donna.
