Born on August 16, 1939, to Harvey and Barbara Brewer, Irene lived a life defined by compassion, dedication, and unwavering love for her family and community. For more than 30 years, she worked as a home health aide for the VNA, providing devoted care and comfort to individuals and families throughout the area. Her work was more than a job - it was truly her calling. She offered not only assistance, but companionship, dignity, and reassurance to those she served. Her gentle nature, patience, and dependable presence made a lasting impact on many lives.

Outside of her work, Irene found joy in the beauty of the natural world. She loved hiking local trails, tending to her garden, and spending time outdoors. Her garden reflected her spirit - carefully nurtured, vibrant, and full of life. She deeply loved her pets, who brought her constant companionship and happiness over the years.
