It is with deep love and sadness that we announce the passing of Iris Brunner, who left us peacefully on September 17, 2025, at the age of 90.
Born in Berlin, Germany, Iris lived a long and full life, one marked by warmth, resilience, and devotion to her family. She was predeceased by her beloved husband of 56 years, Hans Brunner, with whom she shared a lifetime of love and partnership; sister Ingeborg (late Arturo Spindola); and granddaughter Nicole Brennan with whom shared a special bond with her grandmother AKA Omi.
Iris will be dearly missed by her children, Robert Brunner (Bonnie McMenomy)and Monika (Mike Brennan); her cherished grandchildren, Abby (Ian McLeod) and Lucas (Kiana Brennan); and her adored great-grandchildren, Callum and Troy McLeod and Aleah Brennan. Her family was her greatest joy, and she filled their lives with love, laughter, and countless treasured memories.
All who knew Iris will remember her kind & generous spirit, sense of humor, and the way she made everyone feel welcome and cared for.
