Mrs. Iris Dale Pulliam Davis, 70, of Keysville, VA entered eternal rest on September 23, 2025, at her residence.
Mrs. Davis was born to the late George and Gertrude Pulliam in Charlotte County, VA on May 3, 1955. At an early age, she became a member of Antioch Baptist church in Keysville, VA. Mrs. Davis was a graduate of Randolph Henry High School, Class of 1974, and obtained her C.N.A. license in 2001 and worked until her retirement. She will be remembered for her humble and cheerful spirit.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four sisters, Georgia, Ester, Eva, and Anna Eloise; and three brothers, George, Leon, and Mike Pulliam.
She leaves to cherish her memories her beloved, devoted husband, Russell Davis; her daughters, Tanya Davis-Green of Chester, VA, and Portia Davis of Henrico, VA; grandchildren, Brycin Fields, Kennadi Harvey, and Kristen Green; great-grandchildren, Paris and Jedidiah Ross; sisters, Lillian Jones (Fred) and Edith Austin (John); brother, Charles Pulliam (Laverne), God-daughter, Tanya Watkins; five sisters-in-law, two brothers-in-law, and a vast number of other loving relatives and caring friends.
Funeral services for Mrs. Iris Dale Pulliam Davis will be conducted 2:00 P.M. Sunday, September 28, 2025 at Antioch Baptist Church, Keysville, VA with Rev. Rayvon Johnson, officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Public viewing for family and friends will be held on Saturday from 2:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M.
Arrangements are by Giles-Harris Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Chase City, VA.
