Isabel Jureidini

It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of Isabel Jureidini (Isabel Jordan). Isabel was born in Majdalouna, Lebanon in 1927. She passed away on January 12th in Palm Beach, Florida. Isabel is survived by her sister-in-law, Trudy, her niece and nephews, Christina, Steven, and Patrick, and was the great aunt of Alison, Christopher, Naya, Alexander and Zachary. Daughter of Jamile Dagher Jureidini and Samuel Jureidini, Isabel spent her youth in Majdalouna. Isabel moved to California in the 1960s and enjoyed a long and rewarding career with KLM Airlines at a time when being a woman in the executive offices of an airline carrier was challenging. KLM moved her to New York City and upon her retirement she started her real estate company. She managed a successful real estate business in Southampton NY, and split her time between New York City, Southampton and Palm Beach.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a donation to her mother's Endowment Scholarship at the American University of Beirut (AUB), the Jamile Dagher Jureidini Endowed Scholarship.
Isabel will be buried at the family plot in Southampton, NY, with only the family present.
