Isis graduated from Monmouth Regional High School in 1988. She graduated from Monmouth University, School of Business Administration (B.S.) in1993.
Isis began working at Merrill Lynch/Bank of America Merrill Lynch from 1993 to 2014, 21 years. She started as a Client Service Representative, promoted over the years to call center supervisor, and later as Senior Operations Analyst.
With businesses changing and downsizing, she worked for a short time as a Medical Billing Specialist at Seaview Orthopedic & Medical Associates.
Isis was a loving and caring person, and a wonderful mother and partner. As a mother, she always encouraged her daughter to try new things, think through her decisions and do her best. Isis loved music, movies, and theme parks. She cherished the friends she made through the years.
Isis was predeceased by her father, Sherman Hodge.
Isis leaves behind to cherish her memory: daughter, Kaelah Y. Grant, partner, Hamilton Grant, mother, Yvonne T. Draper, grandmother, Emma J. Draper, Stepfather Charles Taylor and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends
