He was preceded in death by his parents, Elmer and Medella Lowe; son, Alvin Edward Lowe.
He is survived by his wife, Tammy Bounds.
Sons, Ivan Elmer Lowe (Hunter), Bruce Lowe, Alvie Lowe, and Samuel Lowe (Taylor);
Grandchildren, Austin, Damian, Destinee, Zoe, Karma, Medella, Stella, Briley, Jaelin, Regina and Asher;
Gread-grandson, Myles;
Sisters, Anita Leab (Roy), Rita Carden (Dale), Freda Damwood, and Ruby Jose (Noel);
Brothers, Leabert Lowe (Patricia), and Allen Lowe (Donna);
And a host of nieces, nephews, other family and good friends.
Visitation will be held at Jackson Funeral Home on Tuesday, February 24, 2026 from 11-1:00. The funeral service will begin at 1:00 with Bro. Luke Kidwell officiating. Interment will follow in Anderson Memorial Gardens.
