Ivan Andre Zaal, 72, of Collinsville, Texas, was called to his eternal home on Sunday, August 10, 2025.
Andre was born on October 29, 1952 in New York City, New York to Ivan and Ruth (Devore) Zaal. He enjoyed riding horses, watching sports, good food, and he was a big numbers guy. He worked as a financial planner and loved running those numbers up for people. Andre loved his family and enjoyed the time spent with them all, especially his grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife, Jennifer Williams of Collinsville; daughter Raven Woods and husband, David of Virginia; son, Brent Zaal and wife, Megan of Austin; daughter, Jessica Snodgrass and husband, Carlos of Garland; grandchildren, Abbey, Charlie, Audrey, Justin, Skylar, and Alayna, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Andre was preceded in death by his daughter, Lauren Elizabeth Zaal.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Meador Funeral Home of Whitesboro. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
