J. W. Lambert Bunch

J.W. Lambert Bunch, age 75 of Ringgold, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, February 13, 2025. He was born to the late W.L. Bunch and Sara Louise Rhodes Bunch in Ringgold, was a lifelong resident of Catoosa Co. and was of the Christian Faith. J.W. enjoyed running the roads in fast cars, helping anyone in need as well as animals, and playing darts. He worked for the city of East Ridge for over thirty years and volunteered at Christ's Chapel Share and Care Mission in Ringgold. He was a loving father, grandfather, brother, uncle, husband and friend who will be greatly missed. J.W. was also preceded in death by his wife, Vesta Bunch and siblings, Alice Faulkenberry, Jewell Dean Irwin, Benjamin Bunch and David Bunch. Those left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Amanda (Shane) Frizzell; sisters, Frankie Haynes, Nancy Bolden, Linda Tipton, Lida Airks, Sandra Bunch, Doris Powers, Deloris Tipton, and Hazel Dominick; brothers, Joe Bill Bunch, Michael Bunch, and Doug Bunch; grandchildren, Megan Frizzell, Grace Frizzell, and David Frizzell; and numerous nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday, February 20, 2025, with Pastor Bobby Henson officiating. Interment will follow in Anderson Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm prior to the service. Arrangements by Wilson Funeral Home Wallis-Stewart Chapel, Ringgold, Georgia.
