Born on June 10, 1929, in Jalisco, Mexico, Jesus lived a long and full life rooted in love, resilience, and a deep appreciation for the simple joys of life. A devoted father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, Jesus leaves behind a strong and beautiful legacy through his children: Elva Ramirez, Irma Morfin, Hermila Morfin, Carmen Morfin, Jaime Morfin, and Jesus Morfin. He was a proud grandfather to 25 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren, each of whom brought him immense joy and pride. Jesus had a deep love for the great outdoors. Whether it was fishing, hunting, or hiking, he found peace and happiness in nature. He also enjoyed a good card game, always with a sparkle in his eye and a competitive spirit. His favorite meals included enchiladas and birria - dishes that brought family together and reminded everyone of home. He will be remembered for his strength, humor, and unwavering love for his family. His presence will be missed, but his spirit lives on in every story told, every shared meal, and every walk through the wild he so loved.
