Perry, Georgia - It is with great sorrow we announce the passing of our beloved son, Jace Aaron Parsons.
Jace passed away at the age of 17 months on Sunday, March 27, 2022. Jace was born October 5, 2020, to Blade and Macey Parsons. In his short time with us even when not smiling himself he could always put a smile on the faces of those around him. He enjoyed playing with his toolset and workbench with his PopPop. His grandmom called him her 'little tornado', because he left a trail of toys behind him everywhere he went.
Jace-man always wanted to be outside, splashing in water, or playing with building blocks with his cousin, Asa; his sister, Layne & his grandy. There wasn't a day that went by that he didn't have a smile on his face, especially when he was with his friends at pre-school. He will always be remembered running down the hallway to his Mrs. Ruby and loved to rock with his Paulpaw and watch the HGTV channel with him.
Surviving family members include his parents, Blade & Macey Parsons; and sister, Layne Parsons; maternal grandparents, Kevin & Kirkley Noles of Cochran, Ron & Mandy Tyler of Albany; paternal grandparents, Robert & Penny Parsons of Kathleen, Shannon and Christy Sapp of Perry; maternal great-grandparents, Don & Frankie McDearmid of Warner Robins, Paul & Lynda Noles of Perry; paternal great-grandparents, Jerry & Mae Mullis of Kathleen; honorary godparents, Shawn & Olivia Bembry of Fort Valley; uncles; Chris Parsons, Ja'Von Walker, Mathew Sapp, and Michael Sapp; aunts; Maggie Noles, Tammy Walker, and Kayla Sapp; cousins; Kamirah Walker and Asa McDearmid; plus numerous other family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his cousin, Zuri Walker and paternal great-grandparents, Fred Parsons & Roberta Zang.
In Jace's short time with us, he touched numerous hearts and was loved by everyone he met. He truly was a blessing on this earth and will forever be carried with us in our hearts.
A Celebration of Life will be held Thursday, March 31, 2022 at 2:00PM at the First Baptist Church of Haynesville. Pastor David B. Fisher will officiate. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery in Perry, Georgia. The family will receive friends from 1:00PMuntil 2:00PM, Thursday before the services.

I was at Woodlawn Cemetery visiting a family member´s grave today when I saw your son´s grave. I could feel your broken heart as I prayed for you and your family. I prayed that God would wrap His loving arms around you and give you comfort.
