Jack Delano Bollan

Jack Delano Bollan, 92, of Pelsor, Arkansas went to be with the Lord on November 26, 2025. He was born on December 26, 1932, in Palisade, Nebraska, to his parents Fred and Eureka (Ricky) Bailey Bollan. He was of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his parents and four brothers, Harold, Howard, Freddie, and Charles Bollan.

He leaves behind his wife of 32 1/2 years, Geraldine Kimbro Bollan and four children - Charlene (John) Tatum of Aurora, CO; Marlene (Nathan) Bishop of Plainview; Gary (Becky) Bollan of Hot Springs; and Rocky Bollan of Plainview. He had eight grandchildren -Christopher (Sarah) Bishop of Cave Springs; Jeremy (Michelle) Bishop of Nimrod; Lindsey (Micah) May of Glen Rose; Derek (Samantha) Bollan of Hot Springs; Brad (Santina) Tatum of Santa Clarita, CA; Scott (Andrea) Tatum of Escondido, CA; and Whitney Krumwiede and Tres Krumwiede of Harrison.

He was blessed by his twelve great-grandchildren - Kaylee (Ian) Benoit; Dylan (Elizabeth) Bishop; Zander, Zavery and Zion May; Sadie Bishop; Abby and Asher Bollan; Coralie and Wyatt Tatum; and Griffin and Levi Tatum; and his best friend, Terry Hope of Pelsor whom he loved like a son.

Jack dearly loved his family and his fur babies, especially his dog Sheba. He loved sitting on the deck watching hummingbirds; fishing with his kids and grandkids; and growing a garden - especially tomatoes. But his expertise was cooking, especially homemade chicken and dumplings, rolls and cinnamon rolls and other down-home dishes.

He will be truly missed by all of those who loved him so much.

Services will be held at Plainview Free Will Baptist Church on December 3 at 2:00. Visitation will be held at the church from 1:00 until 2:00 prior to the service. Burial will be in Salem Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Christopher and Jeremy Bishop, Derek Bollan and Zander May, Brad and Scott Tatum, and Tres Krumwiede. Arrangements by Humphrey's Funeral Service.
