Hart Funeral Home - TahlequahJack David Clark was born on November 8, 2000, in Boca Raton, Florida, and passed away on January 12, 2026, in Tahlequah, OK. Jack had a love of ice hockey, grew up going to FL Panther games and eventually playing ice hockey for Boca High's ice hockey team. He loved hunting, fishing, and being outdoors. He enjoyed going to the Everglades to watch the alligators and to the Intracoastal to fish. Growing up he watched numerous hours of Outdoor Boys and Duck Dynasty, enough to develop his own southern accent. He enjoyed great hunting trips with friends in OK. Jack was active in scouting from first grade through twelfth grade. He enjoyed camping and the annual Skunk Ape hike. He earned his Eagle Scout at 18 years old with Troop 337. Jack got accepted to Oklahoma State University after graduating high school (he became the 'cowboy' he always wanted to be). He had intended on becoming a game warden. He moved to Tahlequah, attended Northeastern State University, worked for the city, and then worked for the OK Department of Transportation as a heavy machine operator. Jack became a father to Jasper in 2025. He was a loving father, son, brother and great friend. He developed great friendships at work and church. He was caring and when he was into something he was passionate and all in. Jack is survived by his son Jasper Clark (OK), Jasper's mother Janessa Perry (OK), grandmothers Jane Dent (FL) and Sheila Clark (MI), parents John and Becky Clark (FL), brother Riley Clark (FL), and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. He will be missed beyond words.
