Jack Fields, Jr., a beloved figure in his community and a devoted family man, passed away on January 4, 2026, at the age of 66. Born on July 20, 1959, Jack was the owner of HESCO Industries Incorporated, where he made significant contributions to his field.
Jack was much more than his professional achievements; he was an incredibly charming man known for his generous spirit. With a personality that made it easy for him to connect with others, he truly embodied the saying of never meeting a stranger. Those who knew him often remarked how he would give a stranger the shirt off his back, showcasing his extraordinary kindness and giving nature. Many would describe him as a 66-year-old man in a 15-year-old body, highlighting his youthful exuberance and zest for life.
A true family man, Jack held his family bonds in the highest regard. He took immense pride in being a father to Nicholas Adam Fields, whom he affectionately called "Nick," and Jessica Lynn Fields, as well as Emilee R. Fields. His role as a grandfather was something he treasured deeply; known as Pop Pop, he shared countless joyful moments with his grandchildren, Oliver Rutledge Maggart and London Briggs Maggart.
Jack's passion for cars and motorcycles, as well as his dog, Super Man; was well-known, as he poured his heart into these hobbies, often sharing them with those closest to him. He was a dedicated and thoughtful brother to David Presley Fields (Tonia) and Terri Ann Fields, and although he faced the loss of two sisters, Jackie Lynn Fields and Patricia Louise Carnes, he carried their memories with him.
As we reflect on Jack's life, we remember not only his accomplishments but also the warmth and love he imparted to those fortunate enough to know him. He will be missed deeply by all whose lives he touched.
Visitation for Jack Fields, Jr. will take place on January 9, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, followed by a Celebration of Life from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Cole & Garrett Funeral Home & Cremation Services located in Goodlettsville, TN.
