Jack Lavern Pardue

Jack Lavern Pardue,77, of Rose, OK passed Wednesday Aug 23rd, 2023. He passed unexpectedly and
peacefully in his home.
Jack was born June 28, 1946, in Fayetteville, AR to Jack W. and Elsie (Bryant) Pardue, both proceeding
Jack in death. He grew up with 4 brothers and 1 sister. As a young man Jack loved cars, but most of his
stories were about his dad and the work they did on the farm. Jack went in the Navy where he was top
of his class and was a radar-man on the ship USS FOX. Jack was the BEST DAD, Father-n-law, and Poo-
Paw to daughter Misty, son-n-law Brent, and granddaughter's Callie and Josie.
Jack was always present, coming to drama plays, ballgames, graduations, and birthdays. He was drawn
to kids and they seemed to take to him as well. Jack was never still, always on the go. He enjoyed going
antelope hunting and he and Misty were going to go this year in October. Jack was excited about this
and had told many in the community about the upcoming trip. Many people knew Jack, he was always
helping someone. Even though working seemed to be his favorite hobby, he always had time to help out
his neighbors and family. He has plumbed, wired, poured concrete, and built houses, for a lot of people.
Jacky will be loved and missed by many. Misty especially, as he was her very Best Friend growing up and
was always there for her.
