Jack Alexander Price

Jack Alexander Price was born in Fort Worth, TX on March 5, 1939, to Dr. Sidney A Price and LaTrelle McKinney Price. He passed away Sunday morning January 12, 2025, as he left to meet his Savior.
Jack grew up in the Morningside area of Fort Worth along with his brother Harry and sister Sydney Joy. He enjoyed riding his Harley, bowling, hunting, skydiving, and his favorite sport, fishing. In addition, he was a very accomplished prankster and loved to laugh.
Jack attended Pascal High School and joined the Air Force in 1957, serving in Korea and Greenland in radio operations. In 1966, Jack married the love of his life, Peggy Smith, whom he met at Fort Worth National Bank where he became an officer in operations. Later, the family moved to Burleson in 1979, and he eventually worked as an officer for F&M State Bank. After retirement, his favorite job was being husband, father, and Grandpa or "Pops". He was always available to run his taxi to take Kinsley and Kenny wherever they needed to go. Jack loved the Lord and was Baptized on April 3, 1988. He loved volunteering and the fellowship at church. He also would listen to gospel hymns everywhere he went and share his collection with others.
Jack was preceded in death by his parents, Sidney and LaTrelle, his sister, Sydney Joy Hobbs and brother Harry Price.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Peggy Price, Son, Adam and wife Vicki, Granddaughter, Kinsley Nelon and husband Jack, Grandson, Kenny Price, one Great-Granddaughter, and awaiting one Great-Grandson.
Jack will be missed by many but will forever live in our hearts.
