Jack Edward Turner age 84, of Caldwell, OH passed away Thursday, March 20, 2025 at Altercare Summit Acres Skilled Nursing & Rehab in Caldwell, OH. He was born February 25, 1941 near Wheeling, WV son of the late Clifford and Virginia White Rine.
He was a member of the St. Stephen Catholic Church in Caldwell and the Caldwell Fraternal Order of Eagles 2952. Jack was the co-owner and operator of Turner Trucking. He had many hobbies including working on vehicles, golfing, and fishing.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a sister Rosalie Talbot and brother Roger P. Byard.
Those left to cherish his memory, are his wife Judy Miller Turner, whom he married February 8, 1964; two sons Jerry E. (Lisa) Turner and John F. Turner all of Caldwell; granddaughter Katelyn Turner; sister Carolyn Rose of Wheeling, WV. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
The family will receive friends for a memorial visitation Saturday, March 29, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Chandler Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 609 West Street, Caldwell, OH 43724. A memorial blessing service will conclude visitation Saturday, March 29, 2025 at 1:00 PM in the Chandler Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Father Thomas Nelson and Rev. Father Dale Tornes serving as concelebrants. Inurnment will take place at a later date. Memorial contributions may be directed in Jack's Memory to Hospice of Guernsey, P.O. Box 1165, Cambridge, Ohio 43725. To send flowers to the family or plant a tree in memory of Jack, please visit our floral store.
