Debora K. Hemmerle (Lahmon) age 61, of Quaker City, OH passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, August 13, 2025 at her home. She was born September 26, 1963, in Abilene, TX daughter of the late Cary and Audrey Crow Lahmon.

She will be remembered as a wonderful grandmother to her granddaughters. Debora was most at peace when out on Seneca Lake floating around on the pontoon boat. She could often be found fishing or jumping in the lake for a swim. She was Catholic by faith.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother Daniel Lahmon.

Those left to cherish her memory are her children, son Mark (Krissy) Hemmerle of Byesville, OH and daughter Chrissy ("favorite son-in-law" John) Duke of Caldwell, OH; granddaughters Alyson Bandoni, Rylee Duke, and Gabby Duke; brother Floyd (Sandy) Lahmon of Whitehall, OH; sister-in-law Tracy Lahmon of Daytona Beach, FL; special friend Alyson Rhodes; her beloved cat Spinxi. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.

The family will receive friends for visitation Friday, August 22, 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Chandler Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 609 West Street, Caldwell, OH 43724. A funeral service will conclude visitation Friday, August 22, 2025 at 3:00 PM in the Chandler Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Jeff Belt officiating. Cremation will follow with inurnment held at a later date.
