Jack (Kuba) Wilk Sr., Age 84, of Battle Creek, Michigan, passed away on January 2, 2026, surrounded by his loving family. Born on February 25, 1941, in Battle Creek, Jack lived his entire life in the city that he cherished deeply.

Jack was a devoted family man and is survived by his sons, Mark Wilk, Jack Wilk Jr., and Todd Wilk, and his daughter, Jody Youmans. He took immense pride in his role as a grandfather to Dustin, Britni, Markee, Matt, Jen, Cory, Madison, Logan, and Alex, and he was blessed with 15 great-grandchildren. Jack is also survived by his sister, Judy and former wife Sue Wilk. His legacy continues through his love for them and the cherished memories they created together.

Jack was a man of many talents and passions. He loved to hunt and fish, and he thoroughly enjoyed playing cards with family and friends, which often brought everyone together. A great cook, Jack found joy in feeding those he loved, fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere wherever he was. Additionally, he was a devoted fan of the Detroit Red Wings, Lions, and Tigers, passionately supporting his favorite teams throughout his life.

He was predeceased by his parents, John and Mary (Szmyd) Wilk and his Girlfriend of over 20 years, Linda.

Visitation will be held on Thursday January 8, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, followed by a memorial service on Friday January 9, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Both services will take place at Richard A Henry Funeral Home, located at 703 Capital Ave SW, Battle Creek, MI 49015.
