It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jack Ray Wills Jr., who left us peacefully on August 5, 2025, at the age of 65. Jack was born on September 10, 1959, in Dayton, Ohio, and he spent his life surrounded by the things he loved most-family, fast cars, and the great outdoors.

Jack was a master mechanic known for his skills in the automotive world, particularly devoted to cars and trucks. His passion for racing began in his youth, racing go-carts with his late brother, William Wills, and built a lifelong love for competition. He later raced his own car, enjoying the thrill of drag racing as an adult, often reminiscing about adventures on the track with his late father.

A proud veteran, Jack served in the Army and carried a strong sense of patriotism throughout his life. He believed in hard work and dedication. Jack's faith as a Baptist was an essential part of who he was-grounding him and shaping his relationships with family and friends.

Jack leaves behind his beloved mother, Brenda Wills, and his dear nephew William Wills, II (Veronica). He will be remembered for his infectious laughter, his generous spirit, and the countless memories shared at fishing tournaments with his father and at family gatherings.

We will honor the legacy he leaves behind. His ashes will be treated with love and respect, reflecting the joyful spirit he brought to all who knew him.

Rest in peace, Jack. You will be greatly missed, but your legacy will live on in our heartbeats and memories.

Jack was preceded in death by his father, Jack Wills, and his brother, William Wills
