On February 9th, Jackie was born to Claudette "Khaki" Galloway and William "Bill" Glaze in Artesia, NM. Jackie had a wacky personality and sense of humor. Anyone who met her could not help but love her. Jackie was a generous person which gave her the nickname Mom. She loved watching cop shows and doing word search puzzles. Jackie would often sit outside and watch the world go by.
Those left to treasure and cherish memories of Jackie are her partner, Robert Clements; children Shayne Hardesty of Ruidoso, NM, Donald D. and Alexandra Billips of Roswell, NM, DeeJay and Jennifer Billips of Artesia, NM, TeeJay Billips of Hagerman, NM, and Wesley Billips of Artesia, NM. Numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Along with her sister, Brenda and James Turner of Odessa, TX.
Jackie is preceded in death by her husband Donald G. Billips, her parents, Khaki Galloway and Bill Glaze, her sister Vera Lorraine Mutter, and daughter Patsy Anne Montez.
