Jackie Lynn Ferring
March 30, 1969-May 6, 2023
Jackie Lynn Ferring 54 years 1 month and 6 days old passed away on May 6, 2023 with her family by her side.
Jackie was born on March 30, 1969 in Davenport Iowa to Paul and Ida Ferring.
Jackie graduated school before having her first son, Adam. She was working on getting her degree from St. Ambrose college when she had her second son, Jake. Then when she had her daughter, Tyler she was working at Palmer as an accountant.
Jackie and family moved to Missouri in 2001 where she spent her time as a stay at home mom dedicating herself to her children. Jackie did everything to make sure that her kids had what they needed and loved them with every inch of her being. After her kids were all out of school she moved back to Eldridge, Iowa to be closer to her grandkids.
Jackie was the location manager at Advacare in Rock Island Illinois, but her favorite thing to do was to be at home. She enjoyed having her children and grandchildren come over whenever they could and talking to them on the phone when they couldn't. Jackie spent most nights after work talking with her best friend, Tammy.
Jackie was preceded in death by 4 of her own angel babies, her grandmother June Gall, and her step brother Charlie Ferring.
Jackie is survived by her mother Ida Ferring, sister Christie Ferring, her three children; Adam Proehl and wife Becca, Jake Proehl, and Tyler Wray and husband JD, her seven grandchildren; Lucas, Ryleigh, Peightyn, Wyatt, Macy, Ada, and Everleigh, her father, step siblings, and countless other family & friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 13th at a to be determined location.
With all of our love forever,

Jeezackeezee, I have some of the most amazing memories of you. There is not a moment in my childhood or adulthood that I do not remember you being a part of. Riding the tractor, swaying in the pine trees, looking at the stars from the house roof, crushing the ones, Mario brothers weekends, long phone calls, laughter and so so much more. I am not saying goodbye but will see you later. I love you. Valkrie

My dear friend and sister, the fun times we shared will always be remembered...the laughs the tears, the good times and the bad. All of the love and memories remain here with us as you now can spread your wings and fly high leaving earthly miseries behind. Although you will be so missed by your loved ones we know we will one day see you again. Fly high sister!
