Jackie Garofalo Obituary
Born March 5, 1971 she was the daughter of Cheryl Lynn Skinder Semenko of Cranberry Twp., and the late Melvin Roy Semenko.
Jackie received her certification from Boyce Community College and worked as an Echocardiogram Technician. She loved cats and enjoyed making stained glass crafts. She was a loving daughter, sister, aunt and niece who will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered.
In addition to her mother, Cheryl, she leaves behind to cherish her memory her sister, Holly (Gary) Nowicki; her nieces, Victoria Bertuca and Kaitlin (Jack) Connors; and her aunts, Terri (Robert) Singer and Mariann Gongaware. She was preceded in death by her father, Melvin Roy Semenko.
Friends will be received for visitation on Thursday, September 25, 2025 from 5 P.M. until the time of a funeral service at 7 P.M. at Boylan Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Inc., 856 Evans City Rd., Renfrew, PA 16053, with Rev. Dena Roy, officiating.
She will be laid to rest at the Butler County Memorial Park Mausoleum.
