She leaves behind to cherish her memory, daughter and son-in-law, Leslie Stapleton and Devon Lyford of Raeford, NC; son and son-in-law, Jeremiah Stapleton and Jason Calderon of Raeford, NC; mother, Janet House of Wade, NC; sister, Melissa Taylor-Owens of Wade, NC; grandmother, Jewel Nunnery of Stedman, NC; and a niece, Bethany Untch of Wilmington, NC.
A memorial service was held on April 8, 2023 at South River Community Church, 6540 Goldsboro Road, Wade, NC. A reception followed and was hosted by her mother, Janet House at her home in Wade, NC.
