Jaclyn Marie Stephan, Age 47, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, December 23, 2025. She was born in Pittsburgh, PA to Edward and Linda (nee: Ricciardi) Wasko.
A beloved artist and creative spirit, she had an incredible talent for drawing and had an eye for photography. Beyond her artistic talents, Jaclyn had a love for books, movies, music and she shared that passion with her daughter and those around her. She was a fantastic cook and enjoyed grilling. Each meal she prepared reflected her personality- a mix of creativity and care. She was a big Pittsburgh Steelers fan. Jaclyn was a very driven person, she took great pride and satisfaction in “a job well done.” She was deeply loved by her family, friends and co-workers and her spirit will continue to shine through the lives she touched.
She will be sadly missed by her daughter, Krysta (Brady Russell) Bywaters, her parents, Ed and Linda Wasko, her brother Ed Stephan and aunt Julie Kraus.
There will be no formal services at this time, her family invites all who loved her to join in a celebration of life at a later date.
